Indianapolis, Ind. — Healthx, the leading healthcare payer platform for member engagement and provider collaboration, announced today the appointment of Kathy Kinder as Healthx Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kinder brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Healthx with extensive expertise focused on venture backed, private equity owned and publically-held technology companies. She was the chief financial officer and senior vice president for Consona Corporation, now Aptean, an ERP and CRM software development company, which grew from $30 million to $130 million. “Ms. Kinder’s deep experience from technology companies and important leadership skills will help drive the planning and execution of our immediate and long-term financial strategies,” said Martin Samples, Healthx Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing. “She is joining at a pivotal point in our company’s history. Her experience will prove invaluable as we expand our reach into new markets.”

Ms. Kinder holds a B.S. in business with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University.
