Amy Davis has been named president of the business segment while retaining her current leadership role, overseeing the Accelera business since 2020.
As a leader of Accelera, Davis has played a role in the acquisition of several businesses and helped grow annual revenues by more than 400%, according to a Cummins news release.
The Accelera and components business segments will continue under Davis’ leadership as independent segments, but will operate with a uniform set of general managers.
“Amy has the skills and experience to continue the momentum and growth of both businesses,” Cummins CEO Jennifer Rumsey said in a news release. “I am confident in the future of both under her leadership.”
Davis has worked for Cummins since 1994, having served as a vice president of the company’s filtration business prior to leading Accelera, which was rebranded earlier this year from its New Power name.
