Convention Center, Lucas Oil seek workers at job fair

The Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium and multiple vendors are seeking workers to staff Indianapolis Colts football games and other events at a job fair Saturday.
The fair will last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium. The entrance is at the East Gate, and parking available in the south lot.
“Our employees are the face of Hoosier hospitality and the reason the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium are highly sought-after venues for events ranging from concerts to conventions to the upcoming U.S. Olympic trials for swimming,” said Andy Mallon, Capital Improvement Board executive director, in a news release.
At the event, job seekers can learn about opportunities and potentially complete interviews and hiring processes.
Roles include concessions, security, housekeeping, retail, ticketing and guest services. Hiring organizations on-site are the Capital Improvement Board of Marion County, Denison Parking, Best Security, CSC and Sodexo Live! catering.
