The state said the move is part of a push to foster business development.
The portal was first announced last November to help aspiring and growing businesses access tools available to them. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. developed and will maintain the platform.
“Hoosier entrepreneurs are drivers of Indiana’s economic growth, leaders of innovation, and builders of Indiana communities,” Chambers said in written remarks.
Resources will include curated support organizations, mentors, accelerators, capital opportunities, space, licensing and permitting. ConnectIND will also have a matching tool and dedicated team through the Indiana Small Business Development Center to help entrepreneurs find support for their needs.
The state is also inviting support organizations and ecosystem stakeholders to join the platform and share their resources on the platform.
