The 17th annual Buy Indiana Expo, which begins Tuesday in French Lick, will help link Hoosier companies with business opportunities at the Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center. Wednesday, Crane's Advance Planning Briefings for Industry is expected to attract more than 400 defense contractors from throughout the country to southern Indiana. During an interview on Inside INdiana Business Television, Radius Indiana Chief Executive Officer Becky Skillman said the events are important for the continued growth of Hoosier defense businesses, which have been facing challenges. The Buy Indiana Expo is set for Tuesday, April 1st from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the French Lick Resort Valley Links and Learning Center.
Advance Planning Briefings For Industry is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. at the WestGate Academy Conferencing and Training Center in Odon, Indiana.

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) is excited to be hosting its Advance Planning Briefings for Industry (APBI) meeting. This year’s theme is “Enduring Mission Relevance”
The purpose of the APBI meeting is to provide industry and academia with information on future NSWC Crane technology efforts, requirements, potential contract opportunities, and how to do business with NSWC Crane. The APBI forum provides presentation and discussion on how industry/academia and NSWC Crane can collaborate and build thriving partnerships to ensure future Warfighter success.
The meeting will include presentations from senior leadership covering the three mission focus areas:
