The firm announced Thursday it has acquired the insurance regulatory practice of Eide Bailly LLP, a CPA and consulting firm headquartered in Fargo, N.D.
Noble says Eide Bailly’s practice has 13 employees who conduct financial risk examinations and related services on behalf of state insurance regulators. All of them will join the Noble team.
“Not only will our combined talent help us deepen our ability to serve our clients’ diverse and growing needs, it will also enable us to develop new business and create new opportunities for all our employees,” Noble Consulting CEO Mike Dinius said in a news release.
Eide Bailly principal Ryan Havick, who leads the firm’s insurance regulatory practice, will join Noble’s executive team as a vice president.
The remaining Eide Bailly employees will continue in their roles on a fully-remote basis.
“In the small world of insurance regulation, Noble is known for its high standards and commitment to serving its clients with excellence,” said Havick. “We’re excited to join Noble and look forward to growing and accomplishing a great deal on behalf of our clients with our combined talent and resources.”
Noble Consulting was acquired by Indianapolis-based Katz, Sapper & Miller in October 2021. The company currently employs 40 people in Indy.
