The housing sites would include a 154-unit development and a 270-unit development with over 25,000-square-feet of combined retail space in South Clarksville.
Construction on the smaller development will begin this fall, while the larger development would begin no later than 2026, according to Denton Floyd.
Each community will offer 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and townhomes.
“We at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group are honored to have been selected by the Clarksville Redevelopment Commission to acquire and construct three separate mixed-use projects as a part of the Town of Clarksville’s redevelopment master plan in South Clarksville,” said Brandon Denton, co-founder, and partner at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group. “Through our partnership with the town and Hogan Real Estate, we are confident that these developments will add tremendous value to the surrounding community and further the town’s progress in creating an active and thriving downtown district.”
The project also includes a proposed 198-room luxury hotel and convention center, including a rooftop restaurant and resort-style pool.
Denton Floyd says the hotel project is proposed but has not yet been confirmed.
The company is the same developer behind the Current812 mixed-use development in Clarksville. All of the projects are part of the town’s redevelopment master plan to create a Main Street downtown district.
