Andretti Autosport to break ground on Fishers HQ

Andretti Global will officially break ground on its new $200 million motorsports headquarters in Fishers on Tuesday. Gov. Eric Holcomb, Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers, and Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness will join representatives of Andretti Autosport to ceremoniously mark the occasion.
Plans for the 575,000-square-foot facility were first announced in August. The facility will be situated on about 90 acres near the Nickle Plate Trail, Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve and Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport.
Andretti says the facility will serve as its base of operations for the team’s NTT INDYCAR SERIES, Indy Lights and IMSA programs, as well as other future racing initiatives and research and development efforts.
The HQ is expected to create up to 500 new jobs by the end of 2026.
In August, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced plans to support the project with up to $19 million in conditional tax credits, and $125,000 in training grants. The incentives are awaiting approval by the IEDC Board of Directors.
