The nonprofit says Flagship Pitch Anderson will help business owners grow while also helping the economic climate of the city.
Entrepreneurs will pitch their current products or services to a panel of judges for a chance to win one of three prizes. The top prize is worth $20,000 in cash and services.
The prize packages will help the winners fund and implement their ideas.
“Rather than focusing on startups, we’re supporting the expansion of businesses that already have foundations in place. We want to help businesses grow in a way that benefits both them and the Anderson community,” said Flagship Enterprise Center Chief Executive Officer and President Terry Truitt.
The pitch competition will take place on Feb. 23.
