News Release
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Milhaus announces StreetLinks Lender Solutions will relocate its national headquarters to first floor commercial space at Artistry in downtown Indianapolis. Construction has already begun and the company is expected to move in this spring.
Approximately 200 employees will occupy 25,000 square feet of unique space specifically developed for StreetLinks with concrete floors, waffle slab ceilings and significant frontage on Washington Street. This addition will add a robust workforce and street level energy to the Artistry and the Cole Noble District. Artistry is a $30 million mixed-use development located at 451 E. Market Street. The first floor includes commercial space, resident amenities and parking. The second through fifth floors feature residential studios as well as 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
“Indianapolis has always been our home. However, this is the first time we've been able to seriously consider the downtown market,” said Tom Hurst, President, StreetLinks. “A traditional downtown high rise just doesn't fit who we are as a company. Artistry offered the unique feel and cultural vibe we were looking for, along with fantastic proximity to downtown residential options and entertainment.”
“Artistry was able to provide modern and efficient space that is difficult to recreate. It will give Streetlinks' employees a unique working environment, and place them squarely in the zone where they can live, work and relax within a walkable area,” said Tadd Miller, Co-founder and President, Milhaus. “Residents and employees want a conscious living focused development like Artistry in our growing “creative class” urban core of Indianapolis.
The name “Artistry” reflects an appreciation of the arts and the Cole Noble District’s history of craft and skill. The development features pieces by area artists and incorporates an arts theme into various building features such as interiors, fixtures and signage as well as the overall residential experience.
