GyanSys acquires SouthEnd Group Corp.

GyanSys Inc., a systems integrator headquartered in Indianapolis, has acquired SouthEnd Group Corp., a privately held firm with operations and delivery centers in Argentina and Brazil. GyanSys says the acquisition expands its geographic footprint to meet growing customer needs for global delivery.
GyanSys says the deal also deepens its portfolio of sourcing and procurement advisory services, as well as its go-to-market partnership with SAP.
“The SouthEnd team brings remarkable talent and experience so that our team can exceed our customer’s requirements,” said Rajkishore Una, chief executive officer of GyanSys. “Combining our team and capabilities and their presence in Brazil and Argentina will allow us to provide exceptional service, such as providing managed services within the same time zone to our North American customers. This new chapter helps GyanSys grow our practices and expand our geographic coverage in Latin America to better serve our customers worldwide.”
SouthEnd is an SAP Gold Partner with more than 100 consultants throughout Latin America. The firm provides specialized SAP Ariba consulting and application support services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
