Whitinger & Co. has promoted Ellen Skinner to manager and Chloe Kunkler to senior accountant. Skinner most recently was an associate and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Ball State University. Kunkler previously served as an intern with the firm and holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Ball State University.
