Ball State University has hired Michael Lane as associate vice president for insitutuional research, analytics and decision support. He most recently was senior director of the office of research, assessment and decision support for the New York Institute of Technology. Lane holds an associate’s degree from Suffolk Community College, bachelor’s degree from Dowling College and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
