The incoming commissioner of the Indianapolis-based Horizon League has an impressive resume that encompasses robust experience in sports law, consulting and 15 years at the NCAA. Julie Roe Lach most recently served as deputy commissioner of the Horizon League before being selected to lead the 12-school Division I athletic conference.
