Financial terms of the deal for Pittsburgh-based JazzHR and NXTThing RPO in Ohio are not being disclosed.
JazzHR is a recruiting software provider for small and medium-sized businesses and NXTThing RPO is a recruitment process outsourcing company. Jobvite says while they will all be under one umbrella, each company will continue to operate under their respective brands and there are no plans for any employment reductions.
As part of the deal, Jazz HR Chief Executive Officer Pete Lamson will serve as CEO of the combined company. Jobvite CEO Aman Brar will join the company’s board of directors.
“Through our combined businesses, we are unparalleled in markets we cover, with purpose-built and data-driven solutions ranging from SMB to enterprise,” Lamson said in a news release. “We are the only talent acquisition provider to offer discrete SMB and enterprise grade technology solutions, and couple both with industry-leading recruitment services.”
Jobvite says the combined company will serve more than 10,000 employer customers and operate a network of more than 1,000 partners.
Last month, Jobvite announced plans to move its global headquarters to Indianapolis and growing the local office to more than 300 employees over the next three years. The city previously served as the company’s U.S. headquarters.
