KSM Consulting Acquires Denver Company

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based KSM Consulting has acquired Tempus Nova, a Google Cloud solutions company headquartered in Denver. The company says the acquisition places it with few other firms in terms of expertise in the top three cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. KSMC Chief Executive Officer Mark Caswell says the expansion continues to provide the best solutions for its clients.
“We found complementary technical expertise and deep cultural alignment in Tempus Nova and are excited to welcome the team to KSMC and thrilled about the opportunity to help more organizations and new communities thrive.”
Tempus Nova is KSMC’s third acquisition in the last 18 months, after it bought Ohio-based Advocate Solutions in May 2020 and Indianapolis-based Connect Think in June 2019. Along with its Indianapolis headquarters, KSM has offices in Ohio and Michigan and will keep teams in Denver, Washington D.C. and Atlanta.
KSMC did not say whether any jobs would be affected by the Tempus Nova acquisition.
