Indianapolis-based advertising agency Young & Laramore has promoted Tom Denari to chief executive officer. He takes over for longtime CEO Paul Knapp, who stepped away from day-to-day operations but will remain as chairman of the board. Denari most recently held the roles of president and chief strategy officer, which he will retain. Denari serves as board of trustees chair for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.
