Woodward Commercial Realty names chief operating officer

The Newburgh-based realty company has announced that Audrie Burkett has joined its team as executive vice president and COO.
Burkett will lead the company’s marketing, internal operations and expansion across Indiana and Kentucky. Woodward operates 14 commercial and industrial subdivisions across the two states.
“I’ve worked with Audrie over the past eight and a half years through her economic development role, and her dedication, expertise and unwavering commitment to her work are a rare find,” Woodward CEO Evan Beck said in a news release. “As we envision the future, Audrie brings the horsepower, knowledge of industry and integrity that we pride ourselves with at Woodward.”
As COO and executive vice president for the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, Burkett oversaw day-to-day operations while also contributing to the organization’s efforts to secure $50 million for the Evansville region in through the state’s Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative.

Burkett will continue as chair of the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership Foundation.
