Wildman, which provides uniform rental, deep cleaning and other services for a variety of industries, is not disclosing financial terms of the deal.
WM Uniform provides uniform rental, mat rental, towel rental, and restroom products. Wildman said Wednesday, WM customers will now have access to additional product lines, including first aid and safety essentials and the company’s CleanTeam services.
Wildman said the acquisition stems from WM Vice President of Operations Steve Van Tuinen and VP of Relationships Mitch Van Tuinen’s decision to retire. WM President Patrick Van Tuinen will remain with the combined company as regional vice president of Wildman.
The combined company will have more than 440 employees, and Wildman said it is on track to add 20-25 employees and continue its 15% revenue growth.
“We are stronger together,” Wildman CEO Josh Wildman said in a news release. “This partnership provides the opportunity to accelerate our growth – not just in revenues but with investment in our people.”
The two companies will retain their independent names and branding, and will continue to serve customers with the same sales and service teams, Wildman said.
In addition to its Warsaw headquarters, Wildman has locations in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend and Griffith.
