Urology of Indiana has 14 offices with 40 physicians throughout central Indiana. With the addition of UOI, the U.S. Urology Partners network now has more than over 150 providers in 40 clinical locations in four states.
“We are excited to be a part of the U.S. Urology Partners platform and to join in the shared vision of creating the nation’s leading urological network,” said Dr. Ronald Suh, Urology of Indiana President. “Our choice in selecting U.S. Urology Partners as our long-term partner was a function of the platform’s expertise and track record in fostering success and alignment amongst their partner practices.”
NMS Capital is a portfolio company that invests in middle market companies in business services and healthcare services.
The affiliation marks U.S. Urology Partners’ fifth since partnering with NMS.
“This partnership is the result of our execution upon a selective M&A strategy centered upon bringing together premier urology services providers and creating a platform characterized by growth and best-in-class patient outcomes,” said U.S Urology Partners CEO Corina Tracy. “UOI meets these criteria perfectly and heightens our excitement and confidence in the trajectory of the broader U.S. Urology Partners platform.”
UOI is the largest urology group within the state. It was started in 1887.
