Indianapolis-based Torchlite has promoted Robert Harris to chief operating officer. He previously served as vice president of product and customer success. Prior to that, Harris served as founder and chief technology officer at MVP Launch Partners and vice president of product and engineering at Sigstr. He also served in numerous leadership roles at Loxa Beauty and its parent company Beauty Systems Group.
