Timmy is a nonprofit that aims to expand access to healthcare and "empower students and volunteers to tackle today’s most pressing global health challenges," according to its website. The organization says Reich has previous experience with Timmy though work with its board and staff, as well as his role in co-chairing the Indy Rotary Club’s World Community Service Committee.
"I could not be more excited about joining the Timmy team," Reich said. "I have long admired the great work Timmy does around the globe and I am optimistic for the organization’s future. I look forward to building on the solid foundation laid by previous leaders and continuing to grow Timmy’s impact."
Reich succeeds Kristina Graff, who left to become managing director of the Yoga Alliance Foundation in Washington D.C. She will continue to serve on the Timmy Board of Directors.
In March, Graff appeared on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick to talk about the nonprofit’s trip to Central America to help people see more clearly.
