The Refinery Events Space celebrated the opening of its new location in Jeffersonville this week. The company says it invested $200,000 into the renovation of the 18,000-square-foot space, which will be available to host a variety of events, catering to any style.

Customers who plan an event at The Refinery are invited to use outside licensed and insured caterers or bar services that they choose, an option previous owners of the event space did not allow. 

The facility also has an in-house design team to decorate the space with florals, linens and lighting. As a result of the venture, two full-time and two part-time jobs were created.
