Subscribe NowChicago-based ActiveCampaign, which has a growing presence in Indianapolis, continues to expand its reach. The sales and marketing automation platform has acquired Postmark, an email delivery system headquartered in Philadelphia.
As part of the deal, ActiveCampaign has also acquired Postmark’s platforms, DMARC Digests and Postmark Labs.
The companies say the union will help customers grow using Customer Experience Automation (CXA) to advance their sales and marketing automation.
“In integrating our platforms, we’ll be opening up the power of transactional to non-technical users by allowing them to send transactional with automation, rather than custom coding and APIs,” said Jason VandeBoom, founder and chief executive officer of ActiveCampaign. “This is a true game-changer for the market. Just as important to note, this has been one of our most requested features by our customers, and will help retain, attract, and grow usage.”
ActiveCampaign first opened space in Indy in 2019. Securing a $240 million Series C round of funding in April 2021 allowed it to expand its local presence.
