The cloud consulting and software management company says it will invest more than $1 million and add up to 50 new jobs by 2020.
The IBM reseller says the expansion will double its physical footprint as well. Renovations at its headquarters will begin in 2018. The company says it will add to its sales team and grow its software asset management, cloud computing, integration, mobile development and IT security consulting practices.
CleanSlate currently has nearly 40 full-time employees at its Carmel headquarters. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the new jobs are expected to pay an average salary more than 60 percent higher than the state’s average wage.
Vice President of Consulting Services Chris Konow calls central Indiana "an ideal place to grow our business," citing "a low cost of living, a great pool of qualified candidates from local universities and colleges and a strong sense of community with employees choosing to grow with their companies and build careers."
The IEDC is offering CleanSlate more than $1.1 million in conditional tax credits and training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. The city of Carmel is also supporting the project.
