The behavioral health and addiction treatment services provider says the Anabranch Recovery Center in Terre Haute will create about 75 jobs.
Summit is not disclosing its financial investment in the new location. The 66-bed facility serves adults and includes alumni and family programs the company says will help clients stay connected through the recovery process.
Anabranch is being led by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Charles Brooks, who Summit says has more than 30 years of experience in drug and alcohol treatment. Dr. Jennifer Hutchens will serve as the facility’s director of clinical services.
“Our team is humbled by the warm welcome we have received,” Brooks said in a news release. “We are grateful for the opportunity to serve those in need of treatment services. We believe our team’s extensive experience and our commitment to patients will make a difference in this community.”
Summit also has a treatment center located in Henryville, Indiana. In total, there are 24 Summit facilities across the country.
