Stutzman, Dubois Join Trine Board

Former Congressman Marlin Stutzman and Indianapolis-based Patriot Engineering and Environmental Inc. founder William Dubois, both Trine alums, join the board and nine-year board member Clifford Ryan has transitioned to trustee emeritus.
Stutzman represented the state’s 3rd Congressional District from 2010-2017. He currently serves as managing partner of Howe-based private equity firm Osmium Holdings, chief executive officer of Stutzman Power Equipment in Shipshewana, chairman of the board at a bridal gown shop in Virginia and owner of Schonbrook Farm & Inn in Howe.
William Dubois currently serves as senior principal engineer for Patriot Engineering and Environmental, a company he founded in 1995. Dubois was president of the company for 18 years and was a past member of Trine’s Industrial Advisory Board.
