Storage Solutions acquires SNC Solutions in California

Westfield-based Storage Solutions Inc. has acquired SNC Solutions in California. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the company says it will provide additional resources and capabilities to grow on the West Coast.
SNC Solutions, which was founded in 2009, specializes in the design and implementation of efficiency systems for warehouse operations.
“We are excited to continue to grow, expand, and improve our capabilities for our clients throughout North America,” said Nathan Storey, president of Storage Solutions. “Culturally, the team at SNC is a great fit for Storage Solutions because they have the same dedication to supplying clients with a true turnkey experience and creating innovative solutions for storage and fulfillment.”
Storage Solutions says the need for warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment centers is increasing as businesses adapt to changing supply chain and economic factors.

Storage Solutions was founded in 1978 as a distributor of new and pre-owned warehouse equipment.
