Stifel has promoted Bryan Ruder to first vice president/investments at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. in Evansville. He most recently was associate vice president/investments. Ruder holds a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College and a master’s degree from the College for Financial Planning.
