South Bend, Warsaw Office Supply Companies Acquired

Michigan-based Applied Imaging, a provider of office technology products and services, has acquired Sands Office Equipment Service in Warsaw, as well as Advanced Imaging Solutions in South Bend. While financial terms of the deals were not disclosed, Applied Imaging says the acquisitions expand its reach throughout northern Indiana.
According to the company, Advanced Imaging Solutions’ South Bend headquarters, as well as its Fort Wayne and Merrillville branches, will begin immediately operating under the Applied Imaging brand. The company says existing employees will maintain employment at their respective locations.
“In addition to Sands, Applied Imaging has also acquired Advanced Imaging Solutions,” said John Lowery, president of Applied Imaging. “This now gives us a strong presence in Northern Indiana as we continue our geographic expansion. We welcome Sands’ customers and since both companies are authorized service providers for Canon, the transition will be seamless from a product and services standpoint.”
Applied Imaging has offices in Grand Rapids, Toledo, and Tampa, among others. The company says it has additional plans for future growth in Indiana.
