Sondhi Solutions Buys Staffing Agency

Indianapolis-based IT firm Sondhi Solutions has acquired S&R Resources, a staffing agency also based in Indy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sondhi Solutions says it will now serve the staffing needs of several large organizations that had been clients of S&R Resources, including Columbus-based Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI), Carrier and Toyota.
“We are thrilled to increase the quality and scope of our recruiting services through the acquisition of S&R Resources,” said Jason Sondhi, founder and chief executive officer of Sondhi Solutions. “The company has invaluable experience in the industrial, manufacturing and financial industries across the Midwest that will complement our current client base.”
Sondhi Solutions says it also plans to increase its recruiting services for the healthcare industry to meet the demand caused by the pandemic.
