SEEMAC appoints Frank Goecke as president and CEO

The company has provided wood products and support services, from raw materials to semi- and fully-finished products, to its customers for over seven decades.
Prior to his appointment, Goecke worked for AFRY, an international consulting firm headquartered in Sweden, as director and global head of the company’s wood products practice.
SEEMAC said in a news release that Goecke brings managerial, sales, and strategic planning expertise, coupled with an extensive industry knowledge and network, and insight into market variables, growth and future development..
“SEEMAC’s position, its existing product portfolio and customer network provide an interesting platform for future growth and expansion in the US and beyond,” Goecke said in the release. “My goal is to continue the successful path Elliott and the team started many years ago, while also assessing the best future growth opportunities for SEEMAC.”
The company said Savage and Goecke will work together to develop strategic initiatives to position the company for the future. In his new role, Goecke will focus on product and service diversification as well as extending the company’s reach.
