New Jersey-based Aramsco Inc. has acquired Retailers Supply in New Albany, a janitorial supplies and equipment distributor. The deal is Aramsco’s ninth acquisition over the last three years.
Retailers Supply serves customers in education, industrial, retail, and entertainment.

The Aramsco portfolio of companies includes CRW Supply in Salt Lake City and Safety Express in Ontario, among others.

The company did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
