Novae Acquires LOOK Trailers

Novae LLC, a trailer manufacturer based in the Huntington County town of Markle, has acquired Middlebury-based LOOK Trailers, which manufactures standard and custom-built enclosed trailers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
LOOK will continue to operate its six manufacturing facilities, which are located in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Utah and Texas, and dealer network as a division of Novae. Matt Arnold, LOOK founder and chief executive officer, will serve as Novae’s chief innovation officer.

Together, we will have more than 1,800 employees, 22 manufacturing facilities, and an active dealer network of approximately 1,100 partners, providing a strong foundation to expand our geographic reach and product range.”
LOOK’s products primarily serve the cargo trailer market, with applications including general hauling, auto, contracting and mobile workspaces.
