NexGen Manufacturing details key leadership changes

KNIGHTSTOWN, Ind. - Knightstown-based NexGen Manufacturing has restructured its leadership ranks as the provider of contract-based manufacturing and precision metal fabrication services looks toward future growth.
Daniel Webster joins the company as chief operating officer and will oversee the company’s production, engineering and operations teams with a focus on efficiency and performance improvements, the company said.
Webster was most recently a plant manager at TOMZ Corp., a medical device manufacturer with a location in Knightstown, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Amanda Norris has been promoted to chief financial officer. She has been with NexGen for more than five years, most recently as controller, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Tim Riethmiller has been appointed chief commercial officer. He had served as a marketing manager for the company, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Allen Mills will continue to serve as CEO and focus on strategic vision and growth initiatives, according to the company.
“This leadership restructure reflects our commitment to aligning NexGen Manufacturing’s capabilities with the needs of our customers and the opportunities in the market,” Mills said in a news release. “Amanda, Tim, and Daniel each bring exceptional expertise to their roles, and I am confident this team will drive the next phase of our company’s growth.”
NexGen Manufacturing was founded in 1964 as part of HyFlex Corp. The division was called HyFlex Corporate Contract Manufacturing until it rebranded on Oct. 1 to NexGen Manufacturing, according to its website.
Knightstown is located in Henry County, about 40 miles east of Indianapolis.
