The healthcare provider says the 100,000 square-foot center houses the county’s first side-by-side emergency department and immediate care center. Officials broke ground on the project in April of 2016 and in August, Hendricks Regional Health began the hiring process for more than 100 workers added as a result of the new facility. During a 2015 interview in the Business of Health, Chief Strategy Officer Gary Everling told Barbara Lewis the facility is entering a highly-competitive central Indiana market.
