The Muncie Sanitary District Board of Directors has named John Barlow district administrator. He previously served as superintendent of the Muncie Water Pollution Control Facility. Barlow began his career in the wastewater profession in 1982 as a laborer at WPCF. He advanced to an operator’s position and obtained his Class IV certification from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Barlow has also held positions of plant operator, shift supervisor, operations manager, maintenance manager and land application manager.
