Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett has promoted Anne Mullin O’Connor to corporation counsel for the City of Indianapolis. She has served as deputy corporation counsel since 2016. Prior to that, Mullin O’Connor served as deputy attorney general in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, as well as chief counsel at the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Office of the Indiana Secretary of State. She has also served as general counsel to the Indianapolis Airport Authority. O’Connor was Indiana’s first state Public Access Counselor from 1998 to 2003. She will be the first woman to lead the Office of Corporation Counsel since 2013.
