The architecture, civil engineering and surveying firm has moved to a larger office in South Bend to accommodate its growing staff of more than 10 surveyors and civil engineers.
Wightman’s presence in South Bend began in January 2022 when the company acquired Lang Feeney and Associates Inc., a land surveying company founded in 1976. Although Wightman had several clients in the South Bend area, this office location marked its first in Indiana.
“We are excited to continue the legacy of Lang Feeney and the additional value our engineering and architecture services can bring to the existing relationships Terry Lang and Bernie Feeney have built over the years. The investment in professionals, technology, and new space will add value to Wightman and to the community as a whole,” said Wightman President Matt Davis.
Davis says with the increase in space, Wightman can provide additional architectural and engineering support, along with offering GIS, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, and reality capture services.
It also has an office in Plymouth and several in southern Michigan.
