The healthcare organization says it will remain an independent, not-for-profit, private healthcare system. The hospital will be referred to as Marion Health- MGH Campus, and MGH’s 12 satellite locations will adopt the Marion Health name.
“This is yet another exciting step on our path into the future,” said President Stephanie Hilton-Siebert. “This will be a calculated, phased approach where the healthcare system will first update patient-facing items to be launched on Oct. 1, with other internal branded materials to follow.”
MGH says the rebrand was initiated to align the brand with the hospital’s commitment to provide “innovative, high-quality patient care to the area.”
According to the healthcare organization, the new logo design reflects the foundational icon of the Red Cross and the expansion of MGH’s impact on the community.
