Manchester University to swear in new president

The university’s board of trustees appointed Stacy Young to the position in May. She succeeds Dave McFadden, who retired this summer.
Young is a 1996 graduate of Manchester and joined the university after serving as president of Montcalm Community College in Sidney, Michigan. Young began as president in July.
The inauguration event Friday is open to the public. It takes place at 2:30 p.m. in the Cordier Auditorium on the university’s North Manchester, Indiana, campus.
