Fort Wayne-based Mad Anthony Brewing Co. says it is closing its Angola location as the company struggles with “staffing and the current climate of the industry.” In a message posted on its website, the owners say the decision to permanently close Mad Anthony’s Angola Lakeview Ale House and Reception Hall was not an easy one as it enjoyed serving guests in the area for 10 years.

The ale house was surrounded by several lakes in Steuben County.

Signed by co-owners Blaine Stuckey, Todd Grantham and Jeff Neels, the message encouraged customers to visit its other locations throughout northeast Indiana.
