Owner Marc Malnati says the full-service restaurant and bar in the Broad Ripple neighborhood in Indy will ultimately add 140 jobs.
The newest location will join carryout and delivery spot that opened on West 86th Street in March and Carmel in October 2020. Owner Marc Malnati says they are still looking to fill a number of positions, including kitchen crew, phone staff and delivery drivers.
“We’re excited to bring our authentic deep dish pizza to the Broad Ripple neighborhood and open our first full-service restaurant in the Indianapolis area. We feel fortunate to be expanding during these unprecedented times and our team is thrilled to become part of the vibrant and thriving Broad Ripple village,” said Malnati.
Malnati says the new restaurant will feature a roller coaster design over the booths and carnival theme throughout to pay homage to the former amusement park located in Broad Ripple Park during the early 1900’s.
