Koch Enterprises names new CFO

Neil McDonald most recently served as CFO of AmeriQual, a privately held food packaging company based in Evansville, according to a news release from Koch Enterprises. McDonald replaces Susan Parsons, who is retiring after 40 years but will help with the transition.
Prior to working at AmeriQual, McDonald was a controller at Jasper cabinetmaker MasterBrand Cabinets and held a variety of roles with Nestle USA, including a 2007 internship while studying finance at Indiana University, according to his LinkedIn account.
“Through these experiences with a family office and multiple large manufacturers, Neil has demonstrated success in such areas as strategic planning, forecasting, strategy, merger & acquisition, and product profitability improvements that I believe will be very beneficial to our organization,” Kevin Koch, president and CEO of Koch Enterprises, said in a news release.
Originally from Evansville, McDonald earned a bachelor’s from IU and a master’s degree in business administration from Ball State University.
