The Jackson Center for Conductive Education in Mooresville has hired Mike Foddrill as executive director. He previously served as executive director of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Indiana. Foddrill holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and an MPA from IUPUI.
