Dr. Mia Johnson has been named by Ivy Tech Community College as the interim chancellor for the Anderson campus. Johnson has served in several leadership roles at the college, including most recently as vice chancellor for academic affairs at the Muncie campus. 

“I am thrilled to be chosen to serve in the Anderson community during this time of transition for the campus,” said Johnson. “Having the opportunity to take on this leadership role and expand my experience with the College will be invaluable and I look forward to working with the amazing faculty and staff at the Anderson campus.”

She also serves as an associate professor of Psychology and Human Services at Ivy tech. Johnson holds degrees from Ivy Tech, University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the Indiana Institute of Technology.
