Ivy Tech Community College has hired Dr. Tia Robinson-Cooper as chancellor for its South Bend-Elkhart campus. She previously was president of Contra Costa College in California. Robinson-Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA and master’s degree from National Louis University.
