Subscribe NowIndiana University Health has appointed Nicole Paulk senior vice president and chief strategy officer. She will lead strategy development, including efforts to enhance clinical programs and research and education opportunities and grow IU Health as a premier academic and regional healthcare system.
Paulk also will oversee payer and population health strategies and business development opportunities. She joins IU Health from Advocate Aurora Health, where she was senior vice president of strategy and innovation.
Before that she was vice president of strategic planning and service line growth for Inova Health System and director of corporate strategy for Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Paulk holds a master’s degree in public policy from University of Michigan and a bachelor’s from Harvard University.
