The coworking company has acquired the 87-year-old Circle Tower building and plans renovations to provide private offices and coworking spaces.
Level Office says it is aiming to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs "with high-caliber amenities that are typically only available to the largest companies. Plans call for coworking memberships to be offered at $199 per month and private offices starting at $450.
"Small business growth in Indianapolis is accelerating, and we at Level Office are thrilled to offer local business owners and entrepreneurs professional, flexible, and budget-friendly workspace, all within a beautiful historic building," said Bill Bennett, founder of Level Office. "With Salesforce expanding next door and Level Office opening in the Circle Tower building, Monument Circle is well positioned to be the center of the State of Indiana’s burgeoning technology and professional services hub."
The company says the building will feature an espresso bar, 500 MBPS fiber Internet, local beer on tap and on-site administrative support. Level Office members will also have access to any of its other locations in various cities throughout the country.
The more than 114,000 square-foot building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
