The office at 8788 Ruffian Lane in Newburgh will be led by brokers Marc Hoeppner, Will Ritter and Chris Schafer, who the company said consistently rank in the top 1% of teams in southwest Indiana.
“In addition to their impressive track record and a great understanding of the southwestern Indiana market, Marc, Will and Chris’s client-focused philosophy aligns perfectly with ours,” Mark Nottingham, broker-owner of @properties IND, said in a news release.
The Newburgh office marks the latest expansion of @properties IND, which also has six offices in the Indianapolis metropolitan area and one in Lafayette and counts nearly 190 agents among its ranks.
“@properties IND brings a fresh perspective that’s needed in Evansville and Newburgh, and we’re thrilled to lead the charge,” said Hoeppner.
The real estate firm was established in 2011 as Plat Collective but is now an independently owned and operated office of Chicago-based @properties, which ranks as No. 8 on the REALTrends 500 list of the largest residential brokerage firms in the U.S. by sales volume.
“We see tremendous potential for our brand in economically vibrant cities outside of north and central Indiana, including Evansville and Bloomington, which are increasingly connected to the Indianapolis metro area,” Nottingham said.
